* Do we have E&O Insurance? Yes, we do. (at no extra charge to you)

* Do we have office signs? Yes, We do they are provided free to get you started. 3rd party install fee may apply. RE/MAX agents are required to purchase signs for themselves.

* When is the Broker available? 7 days a week. If you have a question or concern...PLEASE CALL!

* Do we have office space available? We are primarily a home office agent office with a nice updated professional environment for agents to stop in, work and meet with clients. We do have several spaces available for those who do like to have an office at the office.

* When will I get my commission check? The same day you close!

* Do we have conference space? Yes, we do have multiple closing rooms and meeting spaces available along with a title company on site.

* How do we market? We currently market ourselves on the internet via many different avenues. RE/MAX.com is the highest visited real estate franchise website in the world. Our website is attached to over 30 of the most popular search engines in the world. Google, Yahoo, MSN etc. We are also very active on Facebook, LinkedIn, we have our own Blog, We have a page on YouTube....we are into social networking! All of our listings, get posted on Realcomp MLS, our website, to Facebook and our blog. We use the net to our advantage for sure and we are pros at it. We'll do what it takes to capitalize on search engine optimization. RE/MAX Mainstreet is our lead system that has generated over 7,500,000 leads to RE/MAX agents since becoming live online. These are all referral free and come directly to you.

* Are there any other additional fees.? No, there is not your contract will be spelled out from the get go....you'll know exactly what you are paying the office at all times.

* Do we have floor time? All calls on a specific listing will be transferred to the listing agent to be handled. Any generic inquiries, walk ins and web leads will be handled on a rotation basis using the office roster. You need not be present to get a lead. We'll either transfer the call to you or email you the information. Call it "virtual floor time." ALL OFFICE LEADS GIVEN 100% REFERRAL FEE FREE TO OUR AGENTS.

* Do we have a system in place to handle short sale listings? Yes, we do. We have partnered with Barrett Abstract Services of Livonia, MI to provide a somewhat "hands off" approach for our REALTORS to take care of our short sale listings. There is no out of pocket fees for this service to you or your clients. Conveniently located next door to us! Attorney services are available as well for any reason.  

* Commercial Department to assist you with any commercial needs. We also have an attorney on staff with over 25 years of commercial experience to assist you and your clients when and if the need arises.
